Lisa Hochradel is the Clinic Director and oversees Human Resources, operations, and the stability of the clinic. With a background in the insurance business, she brings 10 years of experience in customer service to Humane Ohio. She served as a volunteer at Humane Ohio clinics beginning in 2002.
Kim Minor, Ruthie Copeland, and Tina Lemmons all began their careers with Humane Ohio as volunteers for our monthly spay/neuter clinics and became employees when we opened the clinic in January 2006. All are registered veterinary technicians. Each studied at Stautzenberger College, and they bring a high level of skill and dedication to the clinic. They work together efficiently and seamlessly.
Kim Rewinkel is Humane Ohio's Office Manager. Kim handles most of Humane Ohio's clerical work, and keeps the office running smoothly. Kim has a background in customer service, and started with Humane Ohio as a volunteer in 2008.
Kymm DeRose is Humane Ohio's Customer Service Manager, and is experienced in both shelter and veterinary settings. Kymm controls the scheduling and works with both the public and our rescue partners. She has been working with Humane Ohio since 2007.
Christina Weyrick-Cooper and Jill Borkowski make up our development/marketing team. Each having years of professional experience that includes work within overpopulated animal shelters, they bring a strong level of responsibility in forwarding our mission and passion for the work they do.
Dr. Laura Mather (DVM) graduated from Ohio State University Veterinary College in 1980. She started her own practice in Bath, New York directly out of school and then worked in two clinics in Columbus, Ohio, and in River Raisin Veterinary Clinic in Michigan in April 2001. She works two days a week for Humane Ohio.
